Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event date receive a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 15–30 days prior allow the deposit to be transferred to a future date if the schedule permits. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit, and cancellations 72 hours or less are subject to an additional $25 per person fee.
To secure a date, a signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the food and beverage minimum are required. A standard $300 room fee applies to every private event, and a 20% service gratuity is added to the final bill.
All event spaces feature high-definition TV monitors with wireless Apple AirPlay at no extra charge. Hardwired HDMI and VGA connections are readily available upon request for business presentations.
Custom food selections, dietary requirements, and final guest counts must be confirmed at least 12 days prior to your scheduled event.
Guests are welcome to bring personal vintage wines provided they are not currently listed on The Rex wine menu. A standard corkage fee of $45 per 750ml bottle applies.
Metered and open street parking are available along Avenue I and adjacent oceanfront streets. Additionally, a paid public evening parking lot is located directly across Avenue I from the restaurant.
